|GeneralInfo=The SFCV ''Eden'' (C23) is a mothballed [[Swordsman-class Cruiser|''Swordsman''-class cruiser]], originally built for service during the [[War of Secession]].
|History=The SFCV ''Eden'' (C23) was laid down in [[The Hive]] in [[2025|2025 CE]] for construction, before being commissioned in [[2026|2026 CE]], as one of the last ''Swordsman''-class cruisers built. The ''Eden'' remained in the [[Arc System]], assigned to the Planetary Defense Force (PDF), the forerunner of the [[System Defense Force|System Defense Force (SDF)]] and the [[Civil Defense Force|Civil Defense Force (CDF)]], before they became separate military branches.

The ''Eden'' remained in service until [[2132|2132 CE]], often put at the disposal of the [[Colonial Authority]], until it was mothballed. It would be placed in storage in the [[Aradesh Deep Space Storage Depot]] later in the year.
|Namesake=The SFCV ''Eden'' (C23) was named for the "Garden of Eden" present in several religions from [[Earth]]. It is said to be a place of paradise.
