|History=''Torr Hernn'' was first started in late [[2026|2026 CE]] in order to serve as one of the major immigration checkpoints for [[Sanctuary]] in the original colonization days. It could be quarantined in the event of an illness or other unwanted disease in order to prevent the spread of an illness to Sanctuary's ecosystem, as part of an effort at preserving as much of the ecology of the planet.<br/><br/>Following the initial colonization efforts, ''Torr Hernn'' was outfitted with an [[Architect-class Orbital Shipyard|''Architect''-class Shipyard]] to support the war effort against the United Earth Fleet.
