History

The CSPS Múspellsheimr (AC6) was laid down for construction in 2021 CE at The Hive on Sanctuary, as the SFCV Múspellsheimr (C12). It was commissioned in 2022 CE, and immediately joined the fleet. Along with the SFCV Álfheimr (C11), the Múspellsheimr was responsible for evacuating forces in central Europe on Earth during the Fall of Earth.

In 2129 CE, as the first Samurai-class cruisers were coming online, the Múspellsheimr was decommissioned and sold as surplus. It was allowed to retain it's arms and armor under the Civilian Auxiliary Military Forces Act (CAMFA), and remained as part of the Civilian System Patrol until 2493 CE, after more than four and a half centuries of use, when it was finally scrapped.
