The SFCV Tiversk (D5) was a Striker-class destroyer that was destroyed during the War of Secession.

History

Launched in December of 2020 CE, the SFCV Tiversk (D5) was among the first vessels to return to Earth following the outbreak of hostilities. Initially severely undermanned, the vessel's roster was padded out with willing recruits, many of whom would go on to be officers and senior enlisted on later Striker-class vessels during the war. The ship was assigned to patrol around Earth, on the lookout for vessels attempting to sneak past the blockade towards the jump point, as well as monitoring communications on Earth. The ship would be destroyed during the Fall of Earth, lost with the majority of it's crew.

Namesake

The SFCV Tiversk (D5) was named for an ancient ruined settlement and fortress on the Karelian Isthmus between Russia and Finland.
