The ''Ghost''-class Stealth Shuttle, fielded by [[The Initiative]], is intended for stealth operations. To maintain it's cloak, it has a lower carrying capacity than the [[Porter-class Shuttle|''Porter''-class Shuttle]]. Part of the intention behind it was to have it perform stealth fly-overs of enemy planetary sites, as well as conduct stealth landings and insertions. Because of their mission, the ''Ghost''-class is favored by the [[Ranger Exploration Corps]] for landing on a number of worlds to avoid tipping off any potential natives.
