The "Hushed Casket" Stasis System is used aboard the majority of combatant and scout ships within The Initiative. It consists of a single tube, filled with an oxygen-infused liquid, consisting of various minerals and drugs that slow down all bodily functions to a halt, while preserving the body. When the time is right, the body is merely shocked awake, allowing the user. As time goes on, air can be drained from the system, even further, to slow down oxygen-related degeneration.
