Mark I Combat Knife

The Mark I Combat Knife (MICK) is designed for use by The Initiative's military forces.

Function

The Mark I Combat Knife is designed to serve in a variety of functions. It has a ring attached to allow it to serve as a bayonet fixed to any standard rifle utilized by the Initiative's forces, but the handle is threaded to allow it to be attached to a Combat Baton to serve as an impromptu spear. While not quite evenly balanced, the MICK is intended to serve an additional function as a survival knife.

Design

To achieve these variety of roles, the MICK is designed around folded steel core, with a synthetic crystal blade, intended to allow it to hold a razor-sharp blade with minimal work. The grip is made of synthetic leather overlaid over a titanium grip, to achieve maximum strength and durability. The MICK is typically about four and a half inches (11.43CM) from the guard to the tip, with a tip slightly wider than ideal for combat purposes.
