The Low-Gravity Sports League (LGSL) was founded in 2131 CE as an unofficial tournament on Arc 2 Alpha between competing teams at a school for civilian merchant crews, consisting of low or zero-gravity versions of common sports. Because of it's high popularity on Arc 2 Alpha, it would soon be picked up by a major media company to broadcast to the colonies, where it became an official event with teams from all over human space participating.
