Villengard is the capitol city of the colony Tien, in the Kyne System.

History

Founded in 2109 CE, Villengard rapidly became an overcrowded industrial and trade hub. With a booming population, despite the best efforts, the city was unable to provide sufficient housing. This was further exacerbated by the restrictions on city planning placed down by the original Governing Council and later the Senate of the Initiative.

Villengard became known for it's industrial sector, rather than for any other major factor. It is here that a great number of the military vehicles used by the Initiative are produced now, as well as heavy-duty equipment used by newly settled colonies.
