The Valravn-class Destroyer is the primary workhorse of the Talros Theocracy's navy.
History
Designed both to counter the Initiative's aging Warrior-class of destroyers and to serve as the workhorse of the Talros Theocracy's Navy, the first of the Valravn class was initially laid down for construction in 2285 CE, though would not enter service for another nine years, entering service in 2294 CE. At the time, it was one of the most advanced light warships around, as the first to be armed with an energy-based weapons system as it's primary armament.
Namesake
Valravn appears in Danish folklore, as ravens that consume the bodies of the dead on battlefields, as well as being able to transform into knights under the right circumstances, or alternatively appearing as a half-wolf/half-raven creature.
