- 01/01: The Civic Patrol (CP) is established on Sanctuary, in the Arc System.
- 01/01: The Central Academy is established on Sanctuary, in the Arc System. Classes are held in a public gathering hall while the campus is under construction.

March
- 03/19: Construction begins on the preliminary components of the Aesgard Military Depot on Sanctuary, in the Arc System.
- 03/26: Construction begins on the campus for the Central Academy, on Sanctuary, in the Arc System.
April
- 04/20: Construction of the first lecture hall of the Central Academy is finished. Classes move to the new campus.
May
- 05/14: The Aesgard Military Depot, a multi-use interservice training facility is activated on Sanctuary, in the Arc System. Sections are still incomplete at this time.
