The SFCV K1-24 is a Conquistador-class Corvette fielded by The Initiative.

History

Construction on the SFCV K1-24 began in 2106 CE, as one of a number of new vessels being launched. It was assigned as a picket vessel with Third Fleet. In 2237 CE, during the Sovereign Colonies Conflict, the K1-24 was captured by separatists launched from a nearby rebel-operated freighter, while scouting ahead of it's task force. Despite being captured with minimal damage, because of the crew's Neural Interfaces, the rebels were unable to gain control of many of the vital systems for the better part of a week. Eventually the ship was pressed into service by the rebellious colonies, but was recaptured when it's weapons and shields failed to activate.
