The Architect-class Orbital Shipyard is a modular shipyard capable of supporting hundreds of workers and dozens of hulls for construction at a time. They are often constructed over or near major manufacturing sites and mines, to speed up production as much as possible. They feature a high level of automation for processing incoming materials, and producing of parts whenever possible, as part of an effort to decrease the amount of personnel required for support work. Because of it's modular design, capacity and capabilities can be added as needed.
